1. Ordering products
The CLIENT/USER can place ORDERS on the SITE by adding the desired PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES to the shopping cart, then finalizing the ORDER by making payment through one of the expressly indicated methods. Once added to the shopping cart, a PRODUCT and/or SERVICE is available for purchase if there is available stock for it.
Adding a PRODUCT/SERVICE to the shopping cart, without finalizing the ORDER, does not entail the registration of the ORDER, implicitly nor the automatic reservation of the PRODUCT/SERVICE.
By finalizing the ORDER, the CLIENT agrees that all data provided by them, necessary for the online purchase process, are correct, complete and true on the date of placing the ORDER. By finalizing the ORDER, the CLIENT agrees that MARTECHIM SRL may contact them, by any means available/agreed upon by S.C. MARTECHIM SRL, in any situation where it is necessary to contact the CLIENT. S.C. MARTECHIM SRL may cancel the ORDER placed by the CLIENT, following a prior notification addressed to the CLIENT, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
- non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the CLIENT's card of the Transaction, in the case of online payment;
- invalidation of the Transaction by the card processor agreed upon by S.C. MARTECHIM SRL, in the case of online payment;
- the data provided by the CLIENT on the SITE are incomplete and/or incorrect.
2. Online payment by bank card via EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard)
If you have chosen the "Online by bank card" payment method, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the secure page of the payment processor.
Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by organizations that ensure online transactions have the same level of security as those carried out at ATMs or in a physical environment, at the merchant.
"3-D Secure" primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store's servers or on the payment processor's servers, this data being directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.
3. Product payment
Payment for products ordered from the website www.mcolor.ro can be made:
- online by card through EuPlatesc;
- by payment order to account RO76RNCB0032166610090001, opened at Banca Comercială Română.
Ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise delivery will not be made. The bank account for advance payment is: RO76RNCB0032166610090001, opened at Banca Comercială Română.
